OPT OUT OF JANUARY MULCH INSTALLATION
In early January the mulch for all home lots will be installed in our neighborhood. If you would like to opt out of installation please complete the form on the right. This will need to be received by noon on this Friday 12/20.
The list will be sent to Fontaine Landscaping on Friday afternoon.
Our Mission
The Landscape Committee is dedicated to enhancing the beauty of our community's green spaces by gathering resident feedback and communicating effectively with the landscape contractor to meet your needs while maintaining a sustainable budget for our HOA.
If you would like to reach out to your street representative please complete the appropriate form below. Until a representative has been assigned to your street someone else on the committee will address the issue with you. If you do not receive a satisfactory response from Fontaine Landscaping within 14 days please use the form for Comments and Suggestions and state that there has been a lack of response. A committee member will contact the landsdcape contractor and follow up with you until the issue has been resolved.
The Residence Issue form is for non emergency issues regarding the landscaping contractor. We do not handle major drainage issues or requests for landscape design approval (ARC) If unsure, please use the Comments & Questions form and we can direct you to the appropraite team within our HOA Board, or Epcon to assist you.
The Common Area Concern Form is to notify us of dead trees or shrubs in common areas along with anything else of conern we should be concerned about.
